YOUR WEEK, IN ONE VIEW

Business visibility and weekly reporting.

See which jobs, quotes and tasks need attention.

Does your weekly update start with opening spreadsheets and asking everyone where things stand? I help small and medium-sized businesses put that information in one place, ready to use.

What do you need to decide this week?

We choose the information that helps you act. Your view might show:

Make the labels clear.

We agree what counts as complete, overdue or ready for review, so everyone reads the figures the same way.

Show where the figures come from.

We agree which records to use and how often to update them. Old or missing information is flagged for someone to check.

Start with one reporting routine.

Workflow Review · £595 fixed fee
We walk through how one update is prepared, where the figures come from and how long it takes. You get a map of the steps, agreed measures and a recommended change with its estimated benefit. A build quote follows where a pilot is worthwhile. We agree your team’s involvement and delivery before booking.
Focused Pilot · from £1,500
The starting price covers one workflow connecting two compatible systems, such as a job tracker and a reporting tool. It includes the view, checks for failed updates and missing data, a trial, training and handover. Extra sources or complex data are quoted before we build.
Handover · included in your pilot
Your team gets instructions for using the view, checking its figures and dealing with failed updates. We agree account ownership, checks to sign off the work, a way to return to the previous process and any period for fixing faults.

The review and pilot are separate purchases; together they start at £2,095. Software subscriptions and ongoing support have separate, agreed costs. See the pricing overview.

Does the weekly update take less work?

We compare time spent gathering updates and checking figures before and during the trial, including ongoing upkeep. We also check whether your team can spot overdue work and assign it more easily.

We weigh those benefits against the build, software and your team’s setup and training time. See a worked example of how to value time saved.

Work directly with Brad.

My background includes 10+ years helping businesses change how they work, including six years at a Big Four professional services firm. I’ve led teams delivering technology changes and helped turn complex processes and compliance requirements into tools people can use.

We test your view against records the team can check. I work with SMEs across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk; meetings and any travel are agreed before starting.

What do you need to know each week?

Tell me which update takes the most effort and what you use it to decide. A few lines are enough; we’ll agree how to share sensitive figures if the project goes ahead.
