FROM ORDER TO HANDOVER
Admin workflow automation.
Spend less time copying details between systems.
An order comes in, someone retypes it into a job tracker, then someone else checks it before invoicing. I help small and medium-sized businesses pass those details between tools and get the work to the right person.
Discuss your admin processWhich task keeps coming back?
We start with one task your team repeats. Depending on your tools, a change could:
- Create a draft job record from a confirmed order.
- Pass customer and job details between compatible systems.
- Send missing information to someone who can fill it in.
- Prepare completed-job details for an invoice check.
- Assign the next task when a job changes status.
Choose what gets copied.
We agree which record to use, which details to copy and who approves changes. Your team keeps control of prices, payments and customer commitments.
Catch problems early.
We test duplicate records, incomplete orders and failed transfers. Each problem needs a clear route to someone who can deal with it.
Start with one workflow.
- Workflow Review · £595 fixed fee
- We walk through one process with the person who knows it and measure the time it takes. You get a map of the steps, a recommended change and its estimated benefit, with a build quote where a pilot is worthwhile. We agree your team’s involvement and the delivery date before booking.
- Focused Pilot · from £1,500
- The starting price covers one workflow connecting two compatible systems. We build it, test what happens when things go wrong and compare the work before and during a trial. Training and handover are included. We agree access, the work covered and the exact fee before you commit.
- Handover · included in your pilot
- Your team gets instructions and a walkthrough. We agree account ownership, the checks needed to sign off the work, a way to return to the previous process and any period for fixing faults.
The review and pilot are separate purchases; together they start at £2,095. Software subscriptions and ongoing support have separate, agreed costs. See the pricing overview.
Count the time saved, including the checks.
We compare time spent entering records, fixing mistakes and chasing updates before and during the trial. Checking and maintenance count too. We weigh the time freed against the build, software and your team’s setup costs.
The review helps you decide how to use that time, such as handling more work or reducing paid overtime. See the worked example and its assumptions.
Work directly with Brad.
My background includes 10+ years helping businesses change how they work, including six years at a Big Four professional services firm. I’ve led teams delivering technology changes and helped turn complex processes and compliance requirements into tools people can use.
We check your current tools, test with sample data and agree who will look after the process. I work with SMEs across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk; meetings and any travel are agreed before starting.
Which details does your team keep retyping?
Tell me where the information starts and where it needs to go. A short description is enough; we’ll agree how to share sensitive records if the project goes ahead.
