A follow-up process you can rely on.

When the next step lives in someone’s memory, a busy day is all it takes to lose track. A shared workflow makes the owner, status and next action visible to everyone who needs them.

Connect the routine work.

Rules can copy known fields, assign owners and create reminders. We check your existing tools and build the connection around how your team works.

Use AI for the messy bits.

AI can help extract details from differently worded messages and prepare a draft reply. Your team checks the details and approves what reaches the customer.

A clear price for the next step.

Workflow Review · £595 fixed fee
One agreed process, a session with its owner, a current-state map and a time/cost baseline. You receive a practical recommendation, estimated return and a build quote where a pilot is worthwhile. Allow around 2–3 hours of team input. Target delivery is 10 working days from the agreed start. We confirm the date and required inputs before booking.
Focused Pilot · from £1,500
The entry scope covers one workflow connecting two compatible systems, testing, exception checks, a measured trial, team training and handover. More systems, custom connections or complex data are priced to match. You approve the exact fee and delivery dates before the build.
Team Handover · included in your pilot
Working instructions, a walkthrough and clear ownership of accounts and access. We agree acceptance checks and any defect-fixing period in the proposal. Ongoing support is separately scoped and priced.

The review and pilot are separate purchases: together they start at £2,095. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are quoted separately. Compare the stages on the pricing overview.

Know what the improvement is worth.

We measure the time spent entering details and chasing updates today, then compare it with the new process. Routine checking and upkeep count too. You get a view of the net time released, the cost to achieve it and the likely payback period.

What could five hours a week release?

Using example inputs of £25 an hour and 46 working weeks, that is £5,750 of annual capacity. Allowing £2,095 for the review and entry-scope pilot, £200 for your team’s setup and training time, and £30 a month for software, the model reaches capacity-value payback in around 5.1 months after rollout.

This is an illustrative business case. Actual cash benefit depends on using the time for paid work, avoiding overtime or another measurable use. See every assumption and the calculation.

We track response times and overdue follow-ups alongside time saved, so you can see whether the customer experience is improving too.

Built around your business.

I check how your inbox, spreadsheet or customer system shares information before quoting the build. We agree the required access, software costs and a named process owner, then test with sample data before using the new workflow with your team.

Handover covers missing information, failed connections and a way to return to the previous process. Your team stays in charge of pricing, quote approval and customer replies.
