01 / WHERE TIME GOES

Sound familiar?

Often it’s the small, repeated jobs that fill the day.

  • Quotes are waiting for someone to chase them.
  • The same details get typed into two systems.
  • Only one person knows what happens next.
  • Pulling the weekly figures takes too long.
  • Finding an update means searching the inbox.
  • Things stall when the usual person is away.

Someone who sees
the job through.

For 10+ years, I’ve helped businesses turn complicated processes and compliance requirements into technology that people can use.

That includes six years at a Big Four professional services firm, working with business leaders and leading delivery teams to put changes into practice.

At Solveward, you work with me from the first conversation to the handover. I’ll explain the options, build the solution and show your team how to use it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get in touch.

A few answers to help you decide.

Ask your own question
What makes a good first project?

Something your team does often: chasing quotes, copying order details or preparing a weekly update. We start where the effort is greatest and the improvement would be easiest to measure.

What return should we look for?

It could be time for more paid work, less overtime or fewer mistakes. The £595 review weighs that benefit against the project, software and upkeep costs. We then test the change with your team. See a worked example with costs and payback.

What does it cost?

The first call is free. A Workflow Review costs £595; focused pilots start at £1,500 including training and handover. Buying both starts at £2,095. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are separate, with all costs agreed before work starts. See what each stage includes.

How quickly can we get started?

We discuss availability on the first call. Reviews target 10 working days from the agreed start; we confirm the date and what I’ll need before booking. Allow 2–3 hours of your team’s time to show me the job and discuss the findings. Builds have their own agreed dates.

Can you work with the software we already use?

Yes, that’s where I start. I check what your tools can already do and whether they can connect. Your review may recommend a better way to use what you have, or a small build if it’s worth the cost. You’ll know about any extra software before you commit.

How do we keep control of the new process?

Your team approves customer replies and important decisions. We test with sample data and agree who can see it. I show you what to do if information is missing or a connection fails, and how to return to the old process if needed.

Where do you work?

Across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, including Cambridge, Peterborough and Norwich. We agree any in-person meetings and travel costs in advance. See the areas I cover.
