FROM FIRST ENQUIRY TO NEXT ACTION
Enquiry & quote follow-up automation.
Know who needs a reply and who is handling it.
Quotes and enquiries are easy to lose track of in a busy inbox. I help small and medium-sized businesses record the details, assign someone to respond and remember when to follow up.
Discuss your enquiry processKeep follow-ups in one shared list.
Your team can see which enquiries need attention, who is dealing with each one and when to check back.
- Capture enquiry details in your tracker once.
- Assign the right person and set a follow-up date.
- Prepare replies for your team to review.
- Flag missing details and overdue actions.
- Keep quotes moving when someone is away.
Copy details and set reminders.
We check whether your existing tools can pass enquiry details to your tracker and remind the right person to follow up.
Prepare a reply for review.
AI can help pick out details from messages and draft a reply. Your team checks it before anything reaches the customer.
A clear price for the next step.
- Workflow Review · £595 fixed fee
- We walk through one process with the person who knows it. You get a map of the steps, a measure of today’s time and cost, and a recommended change with its estimated benefit. A build quote follows where a pilot is worthwhile. Allow around 2–3 hours of your team’s time. Target delivery is 10 working days from the agreed start; we confirm the date and information needed before booking.
- Focused Pilot · from £1,500
- The starting price covers one workflow connecting two compatible systems, testing, a trial with your team, training and handover. We test missing information and failed connections, then compare the work before and after. Extra systems, custom connections or complex data affect the price. You approve the fee and dates before we build.
- Team Handover · included in your pilot
- Your team gets instructions and a walkthrough. We agree who owns the accounts, who has access, the checks needed to sign off the work and any period for fixing faults. Ongoing support has its own agreed scope and price.
The review and pilot are separate purchases: together they start at £2,095. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are quoted separately. Compare the stages on the pricing overview.
Is the time saved worth the cost?
We compare the time spent entering details and chasing updates before and during the trial. We count checking and upkeep too, so you can see how much time is freed and what it costs.
Assume five hours freed each week after checking and upkeep, valued at £25 an hour over 46 weeks: £5,750 a year. With £2,095 for the review and starting-price pilot, £200 for team setup and training, and £30 a month for software, that value covers the costs in about 5 months after launch.
These are example assumptions. Turning freed time into money depends on how you use it, such as reducing paid overtime or taking on profitable work. See the worked example and calculation.
We also check how quickly customers get a response and whether follow-ups happen on time.
Where AI could fit
A customer-service chatbot may answer agreed questions using approved information and pass other enquiries to a person, where the tools and information are suitable. Bespoke follow-up replies remain drafts for your team to approve. Explore AI implementation and workflow automation.

Start with the tools you use.
I check how your inbox, spreadsheet or customer system shares information before quoting. We agree software costs, access and who will look after the process. Testing starts with sample data.
Your team learns how to handle missing details, failed connections and a return to the previous process. You stay in charge of prices, quotes and customer replies.
