For an AI Opportunity Review, we agree the questions and areas to cover before starting. The investigation can include:
- Processes, tools and current AI use
- I speak with the people doing the work, examine agreed examples and check what your existing software can already do. We look at repeated tasks, handovers, search time and tools the team already uses.
- Suitability and practical constraints
- I assess information quality, access permissions, available connections and where a person must check the result. We consider licence costs, ownership, checking effort and whether the team can maintain the change.
- Priorities and a written next-step plan
- You get a prioritised shortlist, the reasoning and assumptions behind it, and recommended next steps. That may mean improving an existing tool, testing an implementation, training staff or leaving a process as it is. Further work is scoped and quoted before commitment.

These are possible project types, not client results or a promise that every system will support them:
- Emails, PDFs and forms: extract useful details and prepare entries for a staff check. See everyday administration.

Customer-service chatbots and custom AI agents may also fit a defined need. - We agree the teams or processes, deliverables, customer input, fee and dates before work starts. This broader assessment is separate from the £595 review.
- Workflow Review · £595 fixed fee
- One agreed workflow: a process map, baseline and written recommendation/business case, with a build quote where worthwhile. Allow 2–3 hours of customer input. Target delivery is 10 working days from the agreed start; dates and required inputs are confirmed before booking.
- Focused Pilot · from £1,500
- The entry scope is one workflow connecting two compatible systems, including training and handover. Scope, exact fee and dates are agreed separately. Assistants and more involved AI projects need their own assessment and quote.
The £595 review and entry-scope pilot are separate purchases; together they start at £2,095. Software subscriptions and ongoing support cost extra and are agreed separately. No VAT is charged. You can stop between completed stages. See pricing and how we work.
Questions before you start.
Do we need new software?
Not necessarily. I start with your existing tools, licences and ways of working. The recommendation may be a better setup, clearer instructions or a connection between compatible systems. Any additional software costs are discussed before you commit.
Can you review how we already use AI?
Yes, that can be included in an agreed AI Opportunity Review. We can look at tasks, tools, data handling and who checks outputs, then identify useful practices and gaps. We agree which teams and uses to cover before work starts.
Can an assistant use our company documents?
Potentially. First I check the documents, their quality, where they live and who should be allowed to see them. A suitable design needs permissions, source references and a route for unanswered questions. AI answers can be wrong, so staff still need to check important information.
What if staff are unsure about AI?
We start with work they recognise, involve them in testing and explain what they remain responsible for. Training can cover practical examples, checking results and when to use the existing process. Pilot training and handover are included; wider team training is scoped separately.
